Case Studies

Much of my work is carried out as part of long-term, confidential projects. What I can share are two examples that illustrate the nature of my work: refining brands, establishing structures, and ensuring implementation.

From a generic image to a genuine brand identity

AdEx Partners grew rapidly. The brand couldn’t keep up. Its visual identity felt generic—stock photos instead of real people, and no visual system that reflected the company’s culture. Internally, there was a lack of connection. Externally, there was a lack of brand recognition.

I defined the brand essence, redesigned the visual identity, and established a governance framework to ensure that all stakeholders make decisions based on the same criteria—agencies, internal teams, and external partners.

The result: a relaunch on schedule for the 2025 kick-off, clear brand recognition across all channels, and high internal acceptance thanks to early involvement and transparent decision-making.

“Brigitte Roberts guided us at AdEx Partners through the development of a new corporate identity. With her experience and expertise, her creativity, and her insightful questions at just the right moments, she played a key role in achieving a result that we’re all thrilled with. Through our collaborative process, we succeeded in capturing what AdEx Partners is all about: the people and their passion for transformation.”

Brand modernized, product range streamlined, launched faster

Mürnseer had a clear product and an established brand. What was missing was consistency. The brand image seemed inconsistent, the product range was difficult to navigate, and the website was scheduled to go live by a specific deadline.

I modernized the brand, established a cohesive visual identity, and organized the product structure in a way that is easy for customers to understand and manageable internally. Clear evaluation criteria and structured feedback sessions ensured that decisions were made quickly.

The result: The website went live two weeks ahead of schedule. The total cost was 10 percent below budget. Customer inquiries and the time spent on consultations decreased because the product range was presented clearly for the first time.

“Brigitte Roberts is an experienced expert who approaches her projects with great passion. For Mürnseer Musikinstrumentenbau, she redesigned our entire corporate identity, which perfectly represents our brand. We would particularly like to highlight her valuable guidance: thanks to her many years of experience, Ms. Roberts understands exactly how design can be used strategically and contribute to brand identity.”
