I'm not a designer in the traditional sense. I'm someone who sees the big picture.
I quickly identify patterns, tensions, and inconsistencies. I can simplify complex issues so they become manageable. I think in terms of structures, not individual actions. And I take responsibility for what I do.
That’s not something to be taken for granted. And in small and medium-sized businesses, where branding often gets lost amid agency assignments and internal coordination, it’s particularly valuable.
For the past 20 years, I have been working with companies that don’t want to leave their brand to chance. These include owner-managed small and medium-sized businesses, international corporations, and companies undergoing transformation. Much of this work takes the form of long-term engagements, conducted closely with senior management, in confidence, and designed for the long haul.
I take on one or two cases a year. No more than that. It’s a conscious decision, because taking on responsibility means really being there.

A brand is not a communication tool. It is a strategic asset. It is not built through campaigns, but through consistent decisions made over the course of years.
You don't need a big agency for that. You need someone who will take responsibility.
I work as an internal executive with an outsider’s perspective. Without political considerations. Without sugarcoating. With the goal of ensuring your brand reflects who your company truly is.
